I had the pleasure of working with Tori during her time as Head of Digital Delivery at NHSBSA, where she was a key member of my Senior Leadership Team. Tori played an instrumental role in shaping and scaling our digital services, including NHS Jobs, Help With Health Costs, and NHS Pensions.
